iArts is a level I program at McMaster University developed to shape McMaster's School of Art's philosophy of interdisciplinary and collective learning model. iArts exposes students to historical and contemporary field knowledge and aims to assist students in contextualizing their practice within it.
For this project, I collaborated with a Community Researcher who worked to research and gauge what the community of McMaster students want out of the iArts program. The goal was to create captivating infographic social media posts to announce the program and share information regarding the application process and highlighting important deadlines.
The Researcher provided material students made in workshops where they were encouraged to draw, write, and craft to respond to prompts given to them. The material became a source of inspiration for the motifs and colour palette developed for the posts.
